I completed the modules in the outreach training course, why can't I access the final exam?
The rate of time it takes for a student to complete the modules will vary by student. OSHA's Outreach Training Program-Online Training Guidelines mandates that all students spend 10 or 30 hours in the respective courses. Any student that has spent less than the required 10 or 30 hours in the course must return to the course to review content that is key to them or visit other available course modules to meet OSHA's timing requirement.
Is there a time restriction on completing the OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Outreach Courses?
Yes. THE OSHA 10 AND 30 HOUR OUTREACH COURSES AND OSHA MANDATED END OF COURSE SURVEY MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF STARTING THE COURSES. YOU HAVE 12 MONTHS FROM REGISTRATION TO BEGIN THE COURSES.
Upon completion of the course, return to your "My Training" page and click the certificate icon to launch your survey. Once the survey has been completed, you will be able to view and print your certificate of completion. Upon completing the course and the OSHA mandated survey within the alotted six month time frame, you will receive your DOL card within 4-8 weeks.

I have taken the 10/30 Hour Outreach Training course. When will I receive my OSHA card?
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a temporary certificate of completion from OSHAcampus.com. In 4-8 weeks, you will receive your official card from OSHA and the Department of Labor in the mail. The current status of your DOL card can be found by calling or emailing 360training.
I lost my 10/30 Hour Outreach Training Completion Card, how do I get another one?
Please contact our customer support team at 888-360-TRNG or e-mail oshacards@360training.com with your information to receive a replacement card.
How do I register for a course without a username or password?
In order to take a course, you need to have a username and password. When you register for courses, you will create a username and password for yourself. If you'd like to take a course, go to www.OSHAcampus.com and select the type of courses that you are interested in taking from the "Online Courses" menu.
Click on the "pricing" button in the middle of the page.
On the next page, check the box next to the course(s) you would like to take and click on the "+ Add to Cart" button.
When you have selected all of the courses you are interested in purchasing, click on "Checkout and Proceed" button.
Fill in your registration information and your billing information.
Note: your email address will be used as your username.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email explaining how to log on and start your courses.
I forgot my User Name and Password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, go to www.OSHAcampus.com and click on the login button. Then click the "forgot password" link below the student login. Then enter your email address. You should receive an email to your email address stating your password.
If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact customer support at 888-360-TRNG, option 2.
Must I complete my course in one sitting?
No! You do not have to complete a session in one sitting. At the end of a section, you can log out and when you log back in, all of your information will be saved.
Can I register and pay for an employee?
A registration will remain in the name of the person who has registered for the course. If you are interested in registering an employee or group of employees, please contact us at 1-888-360-8764, option 1.
How do I register multiple students at one time?
To register multiple students, please call our sales team at 1-888-360-8764, option 1.
Who do I call to set up a corporate account?
To set up a corporate account, please call an enrollment specialist at 1-888-360-8764, option 1.
How can I pay for the course?
No financial aid is available for our courses. You can pay for the course by check card or credit card. If you are a corporate client that is signing up multiple students, you can set up a corporate billing account and be invoiced for your purchase at the end of each month.
I have taken the 10/30 Hour Outreach Training course. When will I receive my OSHA card?
Cards are sent out after completion of the course exam and receipt of the course survey. Processing usually takes 4-8 weeks, contact 360training for updates about your specific card.

How do I go back and reprint my certificate of course completion?
Go to www.OSHAcampus.com and log in using your username and password. Click on the certificate icon next to the course title you would like to reprint.
Do you accept any type of financial aid or offer any special rates for students or military personnel?
No financial aid is available for our courses.
Is there a prerequisite for the OSHA 500 course?
Prerequisites for the OSHA 500 include 5 years of Construction safety & health experience plus the OSHA 510.
Is there a prerequisite for the OSHA 501 course?
Prerequisites for the OSHA 501 include 5 years of General Industry safety & health experience plus OSHA 511.
What materials come with the 500/501 course?
If you are taking the OSHA 500 course you will receive a Code of Federal Regulations 1926, pen/highlighter, two Department of Labor forms to be returned at the completion of your course in a self-addressed stamped envelope. If you are taking the OSHA 501 course you will receive a Code of Federal Regulations 1910, pen/highlighter, two Department of Labor forms to be returned at the completion of your course in a self-addressed stamped envelope.
What do I receive when I complete a HAZWOPER course(s)?
You will receive a printable certificate upon successful completion of the HAZWOPER course(s).
Who do I contact if I have not received my course materials?
Yes, they do.
