Occupational Safety and Health
Michael Millsap served as a Department of Defense Fire Fighter in special operations for four years attaining certifications: Hazardous Materials Technician, Emergency Medical Technician Basic, and Confined Space/High Angle/Water/Crash and Structural Rescue. After an honorable discharge from Military Service, Michael attended college with a Major in Occupational Safety and Health and concurrently worked as a Safety Consultant for F.A. International for a period of three years. For the next 9 years, Michael worked for 3M Company as a Gas Detection Specialist. While with 3M Company, Michael focused on providing basic and advanced understanding of principles, technologies and applications for gas monitoring and thermal imaging. Michael is now located in Austin, Texas and employed by 360training.com working in the Occupational Safety and Health Division as a Subject Matter Expert and an authorized Instructor for the 10/30 Hour Construction Outreach courses.
