The state requires all employees working on a public construction site to have completed an OSHA 10-hour safety-and-health program. All workers must complete the OSHA10-hour safety-and-health program before beginning work on the project. contractor is required to furnish documentation of the successful completion of the 10-hour safety-and-health program with the first certified payroll report for each employee. Any employee found on a worksite without documentation of successful completion of a 10-hour safety-and-health program will be subject to immediate removal

DOL vs. OSHAcampus card
OSHAcampus 10- hour safety course covers the 29 CFR 1910 (General Industry) and/or 29 CFR 1926 (Construction) and follows the same training guidelines as the DOL card. Upon completion of the course, graduates will be issued an official OSHAcampus wallet card certifying successful completion of the program.
