State Requirements

New Hampshire
  • The state requires any person signing a contract to work on a state construction project including remodeling, demolition, and maintenance with a total project cost of $100,000 to provide an OSHA 10-hour safety program for all his onsite workers.
  • All onsite workers must complete the OSHA 10-hour safety program before beginning work on the project.
  • The OSHA 10-hour safety program must use an OSHA-approved curriculum.
  • Graduates of the 10-hour safety program receive a card certifying the successful completion of the program
 
DOL vs. OSHAcampus card
  • OSHAcampus 10- hour safety course covers the 29 CFR 1910 (General Industry) and/or 29 CFR 1926 (Construction) and follows the same training guidelines as the DOL card.
  • Upon completion of the course, graduates will be issued an official OSHAcampus wallet card certifying successful completion of the program.
