  • The state requires the contractor (or subcontractor) to furnish documentation of the successful completion of the OSHA 10-hour safety program for each employee.
  • Employees need to submit valid proof of completion for their OSHA training. This includes proof in any of the following form:
    • Course completion card
    • Training roster, attendance record from the trainer pending the issuance of card
    • Any other valid proof
 
DOL vs. OSHAcampus card
  • OSHAcampus 10- hour safety course covers the 29 CFR 1910 (General Industry) and/or 29 CFR 1926 (Construction) and follows the same training guidelines as the DOL card.
  • Upon completion of the course, graduates will be issued an official OSHAcampus wallet card certifying successful completion of the program.
