The state requires any contractor signing a contract to work on a municipal or state construction project with a total project cost of $100,000 to provide an OSHA 10-hour safety program for all his onsite workers. All onsite workers must complete the OSHA 10-hour safety program before beginning work on the project. The OSHA 10-hour safety program must use an OSHA-approved curriculum. Graduates of the OSHA 10-hour safety program receive a card certifying the successful completion of the program.

DOL vs. OSHAcampus card
OSHAcampus 10- hour safety course covers the 29 CFR 1910 (General Industry) and/or 29 CFR 1926 (Construction) and follows the same training guidelines as the DOL card. Upon completion of the course, graduates will be issued an official OSHAcampus wallet card certifying successful completion of the program.
